Return Policy

Return and Exchange Method


  • Return
Due to sanitary reasons, we DO NOT accept returns or exchange. Except that you received damaged items.
If you have a return request, plz contact the customer service within 7 days of receiving the items, and provide "Name","Order Number", "Contact Number", "Return Product Name", "Return Product Name", "Return Reason and Photo" and other information, and the customer service will assist you in returning and exchange the items after receiving it.

  • Refund Eligibilities
    • Only unused items that are free of defacements or malfunctions caused by non-human defects may be refunded.
    • Please also keep the original packaging (including the carton), should the Store require that for refund items.
    • Non-refundable Items:
      • Items unpacked and used.
      • Items damaged by human factors, such as: defacement, malfunction, damage, scratch, dirt.
      • Incompleted ir lost invoice..
      • Malicious or bulk returns.

  • Refund Process
Contact the customer service > Confirm the Eligibilities > Prepare the complete items and invoices > Provide the time of receipt and contact information, address > Returned by the courier appointed by Store.

  • Refund
    • Order paid by credit: After successful return, the payment will be directly refunded to the credit card account with the original amount.
    • Order paid by cash on delivery: Once the return is confirmed, the refund fee will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
